According to Larry...

This is the funniest movie ever made. Our dear Larry switched turns with Cheri. Of course, he's older than her anyway. So, I suppose there is some grounds for arguing that this makes him legally adopted into the family and no longer an in-law. Good thing for Cheri, who probably doesn't want to be married to her brother just to facilitate the smooth running of family movie night, he's technically older than Troy, so we can't follow that logic for justification. Instead, we'll have to make Larry married to Mindy. Of course that means that Mindy has to give up being an in-law as well, or she would have had to go after Larry. But, at least it solves the problem that was plaguing this blog. It creates a few other problems, but I think they are all trumped by the fabulous opportunity to watch this Christmas comedy during December and give Cheri another month to mull things over. So Larry's Christmas gift to all of us is.....
Plan to watch it on Saturday the 20th for some Christmas laughs. Thanks, Larry!

Wow. This was sooooo good. I had the entire block come over to watch the movie with us. We loved it so much we watched it twice that night... all 47 people!

Larry, you need to stop inviting everyone to your movie parties. It's gotten out of hand. You've become so popular with your neighbors (because your picks are always dead on) that everyone always trusts your film critique. Now when you say movie night, everyone comes over!!!!!

Can't we just get along?

They track in their mud. They eat our food. They chew tobacco and spit it everywhere.

OK. Enough of my lame attempt at trying to get people to watch the movie. Just do it.

I was so pleased that everyone had commented already, AND BOY WAS I DISAPPOINTED. Well, thanks to Larry, at least, for trying to humor me. The movie was funny until I fell asleep. But with the block party going on, causing such a soothing brawl in the background, I really had no chance of staying awake through the whole show. IT WAS GREAT SEEING EVERYONE!

I have never seen crimals have so many things go so wrong that turn out right. Sound crazy? Well so was the movie. Had some great lines, I remembered that I had seen it before somewhere some time. Thanks Larry, can't wait for Cheri's pick. MOM

Eric and I were not able to watch the movie this month but I have seen this movie before and was falling off my chair through out the whole the who movie because I thought it was funny. I think Larry had a good choice for the season. However, sorry we were not able to watch it with everyone else.

I'm still waiting for all the great comedy I was promised. Mom went to bed in the middle, but I toughed it out to the end. It just goes to show you that I can sit through most anything if its on the TV, After all, I survived Veggie Tales and multiple assaults from Little Einstein.
