Hey guys! I had a thought and wanted to hear your opinions. I know everyone is very busy and some of you have had a really hard time doing family movie night, so it's okay if you don't think you can handle something else.
The thing is that my kids keep asking when family movie night is and they get all depressed when it's not a movie they can watch. It's been even worse this month because they watched Darby O Gill with Nate and me. So I was wondering if the kids wanted to do their own. We don't have to pick a specific night. We can just have a "cousin's monthly movie pick" and let each of the cousins take a turn choosing a movie of the month. Then we can let the kids watch it whenever each family has time. We can start with the oldest and go down the list.
It would also help me because that way we'd talk about who chose this month's movie and my kids could have that connection to their cousins. So, talk to you kids at Family Night tomorrow and let me know if it's something the kids want to do and something the parents think is doable. Then post your thoughts here. If you decide it is something we want to do, we can post the kid's picks here on this website and let any kids that want to comment do it just like FMN.
We miss you guys!

is still deciding in a show for May. He wants to do What about Bob, but I told him I would have to check with the other parents. He has a hard time thinking on their age levels. Let me know if you think that would be appropriate for your kids before I okay it with him. Thanks!
I've never seen it, but it's okay with me. It's his choice!
I cant think of anything bad in the movie. I have seen it a few times and it is pretty funny.
I was thinking that since Nate picked such a fab. movie it might be fun for the kids to watch a kids version of the same type of movie. SALUDOS AMIGOS & THREE CABELLEROS - Disney - New DVD
This way Jes could have his pick next month and have more time to think about his big choice. Just a thought
